A Vaccination Report is a critical tool to keep your records up to date, your staff safe and remain in compliance with local laws and licensing legislation. It provides quick access information on the status of your Client's Pet Vaccinations. The report is split into two distinct categories: Expired Vaccinations, or Missing Vaccinations.

The new vaccination report list all types of vaccinations provided that:
- A Vaccination Type exists and;
- You have switched ON “Use In Reports”.
You can enter an analysis date whereby the Expired Vaccination Report will show you all pets whose vaccinations will expire before the date you specify. The Missing Vaccination Report shows all pets that have no vaccinations reported.
How do I view the Vaccination Report?
Navigation: Reports > Vaccinations
Expired Pet Vaccinations
Enter a date to run the Expired Vaccinations Report up to.
Click on: "Show Report."
This will provide a list of all Pets with Vaccinations due up until the date defined.
Vaccination Report Explained:
- Client: Last Name, First Name of the client.
- Pet: Pet Name.
- Type: Type of Pet.
- Vaccination Type: Core: (Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Rabies), Kennel Cough.
- Certificate: Pet Vaccination certificate (if previously uploaded).
- Date Ends: Date the vaccination expired.
Missing Pet Vaccinations
Click on "Missing Vaccinations" from the "Vaccinations" report menu.
This will provide a list of all Pets without a vaccination reported.
How do I download the Vaccination Report?
You can download either the "Expired Vaccinations" or the "Missing Vaccinations" Report into CSV format by:
- Clicking the "CSV" download button on either report.
The data is then downloaded onto your device in CSV format.
