How Do I Add a Vaccination?

Adding vaccination records for a pet is easy. You add the vaccination records for each pet in their own pet record. Pet records contain care details for each pet and are "associated" to a client account. Each Client Account can have as many pet records as needed. You or your client (via the Client Portal) can add information about that pet. 


Tip: The Vaccinations Report allows you to run a report on expired pet vaccinations or those about to expire, as well as pets without a vaccination record on file.

How Do I Add a Vaccination?

Navigation: Clients > access client account > Client Information > click pet name > Vaccinations

Enter details in each field as follows:
  • Vaccination: Select the appropriate vaccination.
  • Valid Until: Enter vaccination end/expiration date.
  • Certificate: Upload a copy of the certificate.
  • Add another Vaccination?: Toggle "ON" to display another set of vaccination details.
  • Click "Update

Tip: If the vaccination you want is not available, add the needed vaccinations using Custom Fields.

Custom Fields enable you to customize the Client's pages in your database. This means you can add fields for data you capture such as specific pet behaviors or home management details. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
