Each client account has a Status Panel which contains a link to that Client's Portal and will show you, at a glance, the client name, account number, schedule/diary ref, settings, credits, debits, fund allocations, email, address, and phone numbers.
Desktop View
When on your desktop you will see the status panel on the far right hand side of the client account. It displays on all pages within the Client Details section, such as Notes, Emergency Contact, Access to Property, etc.
Note: If you don't see the status panel it may be because you have zoomed into the website or you are using a small device such as a tablet or mobile phone. You will be able to find it in the Client's menu directly under the Client Admin Tab. (See Mobile View)
Mobile Phone View
When you're on your phone, click the Menu button (Hamburger in the upper right hand corner) and navigate to Status.
