Once you connect your Pet Sitter Plus system to your existing QuickBooks Online account, financial transactions and client data created within Pet Sitter Plus are "synced" directly into your QuickBooks Online account. Client and financial data can be synchronized from the date you enter in the "Sync Start Date" field. This defaults to “Today” for a new connection.
How far back can I synchronize my transactions with QuickBooks Online?
Historic posting is usually a one time process when you first connect your software to the QuickBooks Integration and you are able to back-post financial transactions are far back in time as required. When you select the date you want the back-posting to commence, the integration will sync all the transactions in batches of 300 at a time.
Navigation: Connect > Accounting Systems > QuickBooks
- Select the Sync Start Date
- Click "Sync Now"
The QuickBooks Integration will synchronize all Financial Transactions in batches of 300 from the Sync Start Date. Sychronization will continue until all Transactions have been back posted into QuickBooks Online.
