Your financial transactions and data created within Pet Sitter Plus can be automatically "synced" directly into your QuickBooks Online account dramatically reducing the cost of bookkeeping, while improving the accuracy of your overall accounting solution.

How does Pet Sitter Plus integrate with my QuickBooks Online Account?
When invoices, payments and any other financial transactions are created in Pet Sitter Plus, all the data can be immediately synced over to your QuickBooks Online account, even creating a basic client record if one does not exist in QuickBooks already.
Important - there are some things you need to be aware of:
- The integration is “one way only." When Pet Sitter Plus is synced with QuickBooks Online, data such as client information, itemized invoices and associated payments are copied from Pet Sitter Plus to QuickBooks, not the other way around.
- Financial transactions can be synced as far back in time as required in batches of 300.
- Pet Sitter Plus can only be connected to one QuickBooks Online Integration. If you want to disconnect a QuickBooks online integration and reconnect to a different QuickBooks instance, you will need to Contact Support.
- Pet Sitter Plus can only integrate with QuickBooks Online Plans for Essentials, Plus and Advanced. The Self Employed and Simple Start Plans will not be able to Integrate with Pet Sitter Plus.
- Invoices with a zero value are automatically excluded from syncing with QuickBooks Online due to there being no financial information on the invoices.

What information is synced to QuickBooks Online?
- Client Information: Only when the first financial transaction has been added to the client record in Pet Sitter Plus.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Postal Address
- Home Phone
- Mobile Phone
- Client information updates (This will happen after you change / amend client information in Pet Sitter Plus)
- Service Items
- Invoices (including itemized service detail)
- Voided Invoices
- Credit Notes
- Debit Notes
- Tips
- Write Offs (associated with invoices)
- Payments
- Refunds
Are there circumstances when I should NOT choose to integrate Pet Sitter Plus with QuickBooks Online?
Yes, there are scenarios when the integration of Pet Sitter Plus would not be beneficial to your company, these are:
- When you only want to integrate specific client transactions. This integration syncs ALL client financial transactions. You cannot select specific Client transactions/invoices to upload to QuickBooks Online.
- If you currently do not produce your client Invoices and payments within Pet Sitter Plus. However, with help from our Support Team you can commence producing all your client invoices and payments through Pet Sitter Plus, which would then enable you to integrate with QuickBooks Online.
- If you have a Self Employed or Simple Start Plan with QuickBooks Online. Pet Sitter Plus can only integrate with QuickBooks Online Plans for Essentials, Plus and Advanced. The Self Employed and Simple Start Plans will not be able to Integrate with Pet Sitter Plus.
