How do I Check-in and Check-out from the Planners?
Info: Enable the Check-in/out feature in General Planner Settings.
Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > Group Planner
Option 1: Check in/out in the Group Planner
By default, the Company Level Planner is always displayed at the top of the Group Planner and this shows the total scheduled services for ALL service item groups.
- To show the Staff Level Planners, click "+" next to a Staff/Sitter
- To hide the Staff Level Planner, click "-" next to the Staff/Sitter
- Alternatively, click "Expand All", then "Collapse All"
- Click any of the displayed capacity/scheduled service counts.
The Check-in/Out function uses GPS to record the staff location and times, therefore is only available for the current day.
- Click on the service group count for the current day to access the Check-in/out function.
- Click the "Check in" button alongside the relevant service item.
- Once checked in, the time is recorded and displayed.
- When the service has ended, click "Check out."
The Service is then marked as Acknowledged and Completed and updated in the staff and admin schedules:
Option 2: Check in/out in the Staff Planners
Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > Staff Planner
Like the Group Planner, Check In and Out can also be done in the Staff Planners.
- Click any of the displayed capacity counts.
- Click the "Check in" button alongside the relevant Service Item.
- Once Checked in, the time is recorded and displayed.
- When the service has ended, click "Check out."
