In conjunction with adding your branding to improve your client experience in your Portal, you can also add a selection of external hyperlinks to various websites which will help make a seamless transition from the portal to the website and vice versa.
Tip: Some suggestions for external links could be:
- your website
- terms and conditions
- online stores you recommend
- trade organizations you are a member of
How Do I Add Links in my Portal?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Client Portal > Customize Portal
Step 1
- Toggle "Show other links" to ON to display up to 8 options for you to add link buttons to the "Other Links" page in the portal.
- Enter the text to go on the button.
- Enter the full URL of the webpage, as per the example.
- Click "Update" to save.
Tip: This could be a page on your website, such as your pricing or services page, or a link to your Facebook, Instagram etc.
Step 2
- Once you have added all your link buttons, go into a client account and click "go to Portal" in the sub menu to see how your they look on your "Other Links" page.
Important: We recommend you test each button to check the URL you have entered is the correct one.
