Staff: View Client & Pet Details

Based on the permissions you set, Staff can view client and pet details for their assigned services from their Staff Dashboard. You can also grant them permission to edit these details, making it easy for staff to update the visit routine, feeding information, and alarm details.

Tip: If a staff member has permission to view BUT NOT edit, the "Update" button is removed.

Note: Staff can have access to view and edit all client information or you can also limit access to a "view only" basis. See What Does "Can See Client Information" Do? and What Does "Can Update Client Information" Allow? You are also able to set certain fields that staff cannot see.

How Do I View Client & Pet Information from My Dashboard?

Navigation: My Dashboard
  • After opening a service, tap the Client & Pet Details tab on the bottom bar to display the main navigator menu which allows you to drill down into the client & pet details.

Tip: From the Navigator, you can view other tabs (eg. Check-in, Location, Keys and Service Report) or access options in the Staff Dashboard, such as your staff pay report or to request time off.

How Do I View the Client Schedule from My Dashboard?

  • Use the "Hamburger" menu to access the main navigation menu. Scroll down the menu, and at the bottom, tap "Schedule."
Tip: You may need to "zip up" the client information menu to see the schedule option.

On the client schedule, you can see all services booked for the client, including those assigned to other staff. This is helpful when multiple staff are providing service to the client, particularly when one staff does the AM service and another the PM service, or one does weekdays and the other weekends.
