When to Acknowledge Services

When staff view their services in My Dashboard, they can "Acknowledge" one or all of the services for Today.

By "Acknowledging" their services, the intention is to inform the admin/scheduler that they have seen and agreed to undertake their work for the day. The admin can see "Acknowledged" services "live" in their schedule (a badge illuminates).


Note: Staff can only "Acknowledge" services from midnight on the date on which the service is scheduled. This is to ensure that everyone has the most up-to-date status.


How Do Staff "Acknowledge ALL" Services on a Mobile Device?

Navigation: My Dashboard
  • Tap the button at the top of the Dashboard to "Acknowledge All" services for the day.
The "A" badge on the schedule illuminates and the admin can see it "live" in their schedule as well.

How Do Staff Acknowledge Services ONE-AT-A-TIME on the Mobile?

  • Tap a service from the schedule to view the service details.
  • Toggle  "Acknowledged" ON.
The toggle turns green to indicate it has been acknowledged. The "A" badge on the schedule illuminates and the admin can see it "live" in their schedule as well.
