You can customize the choice of words at the top and bottom of your Account Summary, and is a recap of outstanding invoices that you can optionally send to clients with their invoice. The Account Summary has a "Top Narrative" and a "Bottom Narrative" that you can customize.
Tip: The Account Summary is also the screen a client sees when they log into their Client Portal. The same "Narratives" show in the portal as well. See What is the Account Summary in the Client Portal?
How Do I Edit the Paragraph at the Top of the Account Summary?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Invoicing > Narratives
- Enter the text you want, including any merge codes in "Account Summary Narrative (Top)."
- Click "Update."
