If your sitters send Visit Reports to clients, these reports are also recorded in the Client Portal for your clients to access and view the GPS location recorded by the staff member at the time they checked-in and out.
How does a Client View a Service Feedback Report?
Navigation: Click the link "go to portal" from any Client's account, then click "View Schedule"
Step 1
- On the "List" view, you will see a "Service Report" button appear if a report has been sent.
- Click the button to view the report.
Note: Historic reports are always stored against all services.
Step 2
- The report is displayed on the screen, together with any photos that were uploaded.
