Disable Service Reports for a Service Item

Service Reports are useful for providing feedback to your Clients after a visit or activity with their pets. However, there may be circumstances when a Service Report is not required depending on the Service., therefore you can choose to switch of this function.

Here are some examples:

• Dog Walk - Service Report required
• Daycare - Service Report required 
• Homeboarding - Service Report required 
• Pet Food - Service Report not required.
• Pet Products - Service Report not required

Info: When a Service Report is disabled for a Service Item, the Service Report badge will not be visible on the Schedule.

How do I Disable a Service Report for a Service Item?

Navigation: Admin > Services > Service Items > Select Service > Advanced

Step 1

• Click on the Service Item to Edit.

Step 2

• Click on "Advanced."
• Toggle ON or OFF "Service Report Required"
• Click "Update."

When a Staff member accesses their Dashboard, My List View or My Column View after disabling the "Service Report Required" setting, and clicks on a Service Item, the Service Report feature is no longer accessible and the Service Report Badge in the Scheduler will not be visible.
