The daily schedule is automatically sent to your admin email address overnight as a safety measure to ensure that you always have access to your latest schedule should something go wrong, and that no pet will be left alone.
As well as this, you can also configure individual staff members to receive an email of their daily schedule overnight as well. The email is sent to the email address entered in How Do I Add a New Staff Record? in the work email field.
When this setting is switched ON, the staff member will receive an email each day (sent at midnight) containing their schedule.
Tip: You can set how many days you want the schedule to cover, for example, for the next 2 days or the next week. See Set Duration of Staff Daily Schedule Email.
How Do I Email my Staff their Schedule for the Next Week?
Navigation: Admin > Staff > select Staff Name > Staff Details
- Scroll down the staff details screen and toggle the switch to ON for "Email Schedule (sent to work email)."
Note: Leaving this option OFF will mean staff do not receive an email.
- Click "Update" to save.
