If you use the function to have staff Check-in and check-out of visits, you can see a notification for "No Check-In" and "No Check-Out" so you can track services where the sitter hasn't arrived or has forgotten to check-out on time. This data is available in the Monitor's Staff Activity Report.
This setting will allow you to choose whether to see this notification or not.
Tip: There are some services that don't need check-ins or check-outs, such as overnight boarding. You can change the settings for these services so you aren't notified and these services are not included in the "No Check-In Report.".
How Do I Control a Service Showing on the "No Check-In" Report?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Services > select a Service Item > Timecard
Step 1
Click the service item to select it.
- Click "Timecard" from the menu.
Step 2
- To include the Service Item: Set "Monitor Check In" toggle to "ON."
- To exclude the Service Item: Set "Monitor Check In" toggle to "OFF."
- Click "Update."
