The Schedule Stats Report helps you understand how your business is performing. The report totals the value of all scheduled services for dates selected. These services may be in quote stage (uninvoiced) and may not have been paid with a Receipt recorded. If you want an accurate Receipt received total for accounting purposes, use the Cash Received Report.

You can view the total value of scheduled services in various ways, including:
  1. By Service Item Group and Service Item
  2. By Referral Source
  3. By Client Area
  4. By New Client Revenue


Tip: The Schedule Stats Report is helpful to manage and grow your business. Reviewing month over month and year over year bookings helps plan staffing needs and marketing investments. View by Client Area and Referral Source for insight on client location and best referral methods.

IMPORTANT: Setting up Service Item Groups and then applying these groups to your services and also creating and assigning Referral Source and Client Areas to clients in Client Admin > Settings is essential to organizing and sub-totaling your Schedule Stats Report.

Note: If the graphs on your Schedule Stats Report are not displaying, read these instructions for rectifying this error message.

How Do I View and Filter the Schedule Stats Report?

Navigation: Reports > Schedule Stats

  • Select a custom date range or use a quick report button, i.e. "This Week."
    • To view the previous timeframe click the "<" button.
    • To view the next timeframe click the ">" button.
  • (Optional) Add a filter, click "All Client Areas" drop-down and select an Area.
  • (Optional) Add a New Clients filter, click "All Clients" drop-down, select New Clients.
  • Click "Reload" to view your customized Schedule Stats Report.

How Do I View Subtotals by Service Item Group?

  • Below the Date filters, select the "Service Group" tab.

How Do I View Subtotals by Service Item?

  • Below the Date filters, select "Service Group" tab. 
  • Click a Service Group name, i.e. "1. Walking" in the Report to display the value of the scheduled services for all Service Items assigned to the Walking Service Group.

The Schedule Stats Report Explained

The Schedule Stats Report Explained: 
  • Service Item Group: List of Service Item Groups, as set up in your database.
    • Item: Service item "short description."
    • Description: Service item "long description."
  • Services:  Total number of visits scheduled for the selected date range.
  • Total:  Total Value of the scheduled services for the selected date range.

The Pie Graph shows:

  • Total value of scheduled services by Service Item Group for the selected date range, as a percentage.
  • Total value of scheduled services by Referral Source for the selected date range, as a percentage.
  • Total value of scheduled services by Client Area for the selected date range, as a percentage.
