When Staff members log in, they have access to their schedule. You can control many aspects of how the Schedule appears to staff members. One option is to show or hide the rest of the Client Schedule.
When you hide the Client Schedule, the staff cannot see other visits that are not assigned to them that are part of the service Order.
Tip: Showing the Client Schedule can be helpful when two or more staff are performing visits for the same client, during the same time span.
How Do I Show the Client Schedule in the Staff Dashboard?
Navigate to Admin > Settings > Staff Dashboard & Monitor > Staff Dashboard Settings > Hide Client Schedule
- Toggle "Show Client Schedule" to ON.
- Click "Update."
