Company Currency Settings

Currency selection will display on invoices, reports and in the Client Portal. You can select a default currency for your business operation, or use the Multi Currency settings if you want the option to invoice different clients in more than one currency.


Tip: If the currency you require is not in the list of available options, please contact support.



How Do I Change the Default Currency in My Settings?

Navigation: Admin > Settings > Currency Settings > Company Currency


  • Choose your currency.
  • Click "Update."

Can I Invoice Clients in Different Currencies?

Navigation: Admin > Settings > Currency Settings > Multi Currency


Yes, use "Multi Currency" mode to allow clients to be invoiced in a currency different from your Company Currency.


Tip: For example, some businesses in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) use multi-currency to take payments in both US$ and GBP for different client situations. If you need to use multi-currency mode, please contact support.


If you are confident that you can adjust the settings without requiring our assistance:
  • Toggle "Enable multi-currency" to ON.
  • Enter the correct exchange rates.
  • Click "Update."

Note: The Exchange rates you have entered will need to be reviewed and updated as currency rates of exchange vary and fluctuate.
