Inactive clients are clients you no longer work with, maybe they moved or their pet has passed, but they have all financial data and account data intact. Inactive clients do not appear in your active client list or search results by default, but are easily added to any search.
Tip: Client Search, and most client reports, allow you to include Inactive Clients in the search results.

Navigation: Clients
- Click "Go" to list all clients.
- Check "Include inactive clients" on the right.
- Inactive clients will appear, greyed out, in the Search Results.
- Click the Client Name to access the inactive Client Account.
Note: You can add Inactive Clients to any client search you perform.
