Tip: Before you can add a Pet Vaccination in a Pet Record, The Pet Vaccination Module will need to have been enabled, navigate to: Admin > Settings > Company Settings.
How does a Client add a Pet Vaccination?
Navigation: Clients > Client Portal > My Information > Pet Record > Vaccinations
In the Client Portal under the Pet Record and Vaccinations Tab, your clients will be able to view and manage vaccination data for themselves.
Your clients will be able to add one vaccination record for each Vaccination Type as per the way you have configured your system to work (refer “Vaccination Types”). In the example below three types of vaccination are available for a dog, so the client has a choice of three types.
- In the Pet Record navigate to "Vaccinations" and click on "New Vaccination."
- From the drop down menu, select the appropriate vaccination available for the Pet Type.
- Enter the "Valid Until" date.
- Optional: Upload a Vaccination certificate.
- Click on "Create."
The new vaccination will be added to the Pet Record.
To update this vaccination, enter a new "Valid Until" date and click "Update."
