When a pet passes away or is re-homed, the pet record details and photos can be kept on file, but moved to "Past" pets. This maintains accurate records so sitters know how many pets are in the home.
How Do I Change Pet Status to Passed Away or Re-homed?
Navigation: Clients > access a client account > Client Information > click pet name > Pet Details
Toggle "Passed away or re-homed" ON.
- Click "Update."
Important: Update the Schedule Ref when a pet's status changes. You only want to include active pets, or indicate a past pet (i.e. "Trixie PAST") to help ensure no past pets are scheduled any work.
