There are two notes sections that can be made visible in the staff dashboard so your sitters are fully aware of any issues prior to entering the client's home. Pet records contain care details for each pet and are "associated" to a client account.
Tip: Use these Notes fields to indicate important information to the Staff. One Note is visible only to Admin & Staff so more direct notes can be explained to the Staff. The other Note is visible to Admin, Staff & Client, to be used for information the client wants to share with you.
How Do I Complete the Notes Section?
Navigation: Clients > access a client account > Client Information > click pet name > Pet Notes
Enter text in each field:
- INTERNAL PRIVATE SITTER NOTES: Visible only to Admin & Staff
- CLIENT NOTES: Visible to Admin, Staff & Client
- Click "Update."

Custom Fields enable you to customize the Client's pages in your database. This means you can add fields for data you capture such as specific pet behaviors or home management details. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
