The default view of the Admin Schedule (List/Column or Compact View) shows Scheduled & Completed Services which specifically excludes cancelled & voided services.
This is helpful when you want to focus on planning the activity for each day.
How Do I Filter the Schedule by Scheduled Services?
Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > List, Column or Compact View
- Select "Scheduled Services" from the first dropdown. The Schedule will automatically reload to show the new filtered list.
Tip: You can also view "Scheduled Services" from the Client's Schedule to isolate one specific client's services.
Note: The process is the same for any view of the Schedule (List View, Column View, Compact View).
