Set Client Location in Staff Activity

Staff Activity and the Live event stream are helpful tools. They help you manage field staff and ensure service excellence for clients, as well as schedule and reassign services when there are last minute issues. For these tools to function correctly, Client Address needs to be set in the Client Account.

How Do I Set the Client Location in Staff Activity?

Navigation: Scheduler > Monitor > Staff Activity

Step 1

  • Click "Set Client Location." This only appears if the location is not set; once set it disappears.

Step 2

  1. Enter the client's address.
  2. Click "Search" to find the client's address on the Map.
  3. If the "house" icon is in the right location. If not, zoom in for accuracy and drag the house icon to the correct location.
  4. Click "Save Location" to set this location. Click "Update."

You can see "Set Client Location" is no longer displayed. GPS notifications and reporting are not active for this client in the Staff Activity report.
