From the Client Schedule, you can view all scheduled services for one client and make several changes all in one place, even if they are on different service orders.
Repeat Services schedules visits for clients that have regularly recurring visits at once. You can schedule visits for any time frame, such as weekly or monthly.
Tip:
- Repeat Services makes scheduling fast and easy.
- Create a Repeat Service Template before using "Add Repeat" from the client's Schedule page.
- "Add Repeat" then allows you to add multiple services to your client's schedule that will have the parameters set in the "Repeat Services" template.
- Each time you "Schedule" services, a Service Order is created, which will become the Invoice.
Note:
- Prior to Adding Repeats from the Schedule, Create the Repeat Service Template. When using "Add Repeat" from the client Schedule, you can only run one template, if the client has more than one template and you want to run them both, use "Repeat Services" in the sidebar menu.
How Do I Add Repeat Services?
Navigation: Clients > access a client's schedule > Schedule
Step 1
- Click "Add Repeat."
Step 2
- Select an existing Service Order or "New Order" to add the repeat service(s) to.
- Enter date range to "schedule" the repeat services.
Important: The date range should reflect your Billing schedule. For example, if you Invoice twice a month, the 1st-15th and 16th-31st, when scheduling repeat services, "Add Repeat Services" for the 1st-15th and again for the 16th-31st, to create two service orders and two invoices for the billing dates.
- Choose the repeat service from the dropdown to Schedule, for example, "MONTHLY PACKAGE."
- Click "Add Services."
- The services are added to the Client's Schedule.
Note: You can Run Repeat Services for this client, along with your other repeat service clients, as part of your monthly admin tasks to make adding these services even easier. See How do I Run Repeat Services from the Schedule?
