View Services Requiring Keys in the Schedule

You can apply a filter to view Services Requiring Keys in the Admin Schedule (List/Column or Compact View). This is helpful to plan key transfers in advance so all staff have the items they need to do their work.

How To Filter the Schedule by Services Requiring Keys?

Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > Column or List View

Step 1

Select "Services Requiring Keys" from the "Scheduled Services" dropdown.

Step 2

The Schedule displays only services where the assigned sitter is not assigned the client's key.
The 'red' key icon on the Schedule indicates:
- There is a key on file for the client.
- The assigned sitter has not been assigned the key.

Tip: Use "View Services Requiring Keys" from the Client's Schedule to coordinate key transfers between staff members.
