In this step, you will learn how to...
- Upload your Logo
For Further Help:
Note: Before you can upload your logo, you need to have completed the tutorial section Tutorial: 7-4 Check Schedule Options.
Your Pet Sitter Plus software will come pre-configured with several example client accounts for you to use during your training, and each of these clients also has one or two service orders that contain various scheduled services.
You will learn how to use these service orders to send quotes to your client (an optional step in the billing cycle), and then to create an invoice (an official request for payment) to your client for the services you have provided, or will provide in advance.
Before you start creating quotes and invoices, they will look more professional if your logo appears on them. Your logo will also help to identify your client portal to your clients so adding your logo will enhance your clients' experience.
In this section you will learn how to upload your logo to Pet Sitter Plus.
Note: If you supplied a logo during your free trial or demo on Pet Sitter Plus, your logo will probably already be uploaded. However, you can upload it again if you would like to practice this, or jump straight to Tutorial: 8-2 Send a Quote.
Tip: Once you have sent out a quote and created an invoice and feel ready to learn more, you can read about the options available in Pet Sitter Plus for working with Client Quotes and Invoices and the functions available for Bulk Invoicing.

Step 1: How do I Upload my Company Logo?
Scenario: Tammy would like her quotes and invoices/account summaries to look professional so wants to add her logo to the software.
1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > and click "Company Logo" from the menu.
2. Click "Choose File", then browse to the logo on your device and select the file to upload.
3. Click "Upload" to test if the image is in the correct format, resolution and size.
You will see a notice that says "Uploaded" if your logo has been uploaded correctly.
Note: If the image is too large, try reducing its size in an image editor and upload it again. If it is the wrong format, export it into a format that is supported and try again.
Read the notes on the Company Logo screen to check that your logo file is in the correct format and the right size.
Your logo will now appear in the client portal as well as on quotes, invoices and the account summary PDFs.
