From the Staff Dashboard, staff can view My Key List, which is a list of all keys they should have in their possession. Keys can be transferred to another sitter from My Key List.
Tip: Key management details show key assignments digitally, so bear in mind that the physical keys need to be transferred at the time of assignment as well.
Note: You may also need to obtain a key that has been assigned to another staff member. See View My Required Keys to see how to do this.
How Do I Assign a Key to Another Staff Member?
Navigation: Scheduler > Key Management
Step 1
- From the Dashboard, click the "Hamburger" menu tap the Scheduler icon, then "Key Management."
- Tap "My Key List."
Note: These keys are shown in green on the Schedule.
Step 2
- Select the key to be re-assigned.
- In the dropdown "Assign selected keys to", select the staff to assign the key to.
- Tap "Assign."
The key will no longer appear in your key list.
