From the Staff Dashboard, staff can view My Key List, which is a list of all keys they should have in their possession. If a staff member doesn't need a key any more, they can return it to the office (Admin). The key then becomes available to be assigned to another sitter when a service is scheduled.
Tip: Key management details show key assignments digitally, so bear in mind that the physical keys need to be transferred at the time of assignment as well.
How Do I Return a Key to the Office?
Navigation: Scheduler > Key Management
Step 1
- From the Dashboard, click the "Hamburger" menu tap the Scheduler icon, then "Key Management."
- Tap "My Key List."
Note: These keys are shown in green on the Schedule.
Step 2
- Select the key to be returned to the office.
- Scroll down to "Assign selected keys to" and make sure "None (return all keys)" is selected.
- Tap "Assign."
The key is removed from "My Key List" as it is no longer assigned to that staff member.
