It could be useful for you to include more detailed availability for individual staff members, including which services they offer, on a day-by-day and service-by-service basis. They can also do this in their Staff Dashboard. See Can Staff Update their Availability? for more details.

About Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
Where Can I Update and Manage Staff Availability?
Navigation: Admin > Staff > select Staff Name > Staff Details > Service Availability
Step 1
- Choose the Availability page for a day of the week, eg. "Service Availability | Monday."
- Select YES if your staff member provides services on Mondays.
- Select the service type, availability, times and add any notes.
- Add another service for Mondays if appropriate.
- Click "Update" to save.
Step 2
Continue using this process to update the other days of the week and weekend availability.
