You can list the client's preferred method of payment and relevant notes and add a profile picture to help staff recognize the client. The Client Account also stores client, home and pets details, as well as client order history and payment details.
How Do I Enter Billing & Profile Details?
Navigation: Clients > access a client account > Client Information > Billing & Profile
- Check the preferred payment method in the Billing section.
- Complete relevant billing notes.
- Click "Update."

About Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
