The Client Account stores client, home and pets details, as well as client order history and payment details. While caring for a pet, staff need details for tasks to be done at each visit, such as:
- Location of pets, pet equipment, food etc.
- Other household duties to perform.
- Feeding and medication instructions (found under the Pet Record for each pet).
Tip: Adding photos of where items are located, especially items that may be difficult to find, helps staff find items more quickly and easily.
How Do I Enter Details for Visit Routine?
Navigation: Clients > access a client account > Client Information > Visit Routine
- Enter details for client's visit routine to help staff provide services.
- These fields are visible in the client portal, and clients should update them as needed.
- Click "Update."

About Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
