Staff may need additional care instructions, such as specific tasks, evening routine details, or notes about the home. This is especially helpful if performing Overnight visits.
Tip: Encourage clients to review and update these instructions regularly.
How Do I enter details for Home Care?
Navigation: Clients > access a client account > Client Information > Home Care
- Toggle ON fields that your clients want taken care of.
- Once toggled ON, an additional field will open where you can enter the instructions.
- Click "Update."

About Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
