While in a client's home, staff need to know the location of various supplies, such as: cleaning supplies, pet supplies, pet towels, leashes, etc. The Client Account also stores client, home and pets details, as well as client order history and payment details.
Tip: Adding photos of where items are located, especially items that may be difficult to find, helps staff find items more quickly and easily.
What Do I Enter for Supplies?
Navigation: Clients > access a Client Account > Client Information > Supplies
- Enter the details for locations of supplies listed.
- These fields are visible in the client portal, and clients should update them as needed.
- Click "Update."

About Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
