While providing care, especially in remote areas and for overnight services, it can be helpful for clients to provide access to their Wi-Fi network to your staff. The Client Account also stores client, home and pets details, as well as client order history and payment details.
How Do I Enter Wi-Fi Access Details?
Navigation: Clients > access a client account > Client Information > Supplies > Wifi
- Enter Network Name and Password.
- These fields are visible in the client portal, and clients should update them as needed.
- Click "Update."

About Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
