To enter a client home, staff need property access instructions and security details such as alarm and key codes. The Client Account also stores client, home and pets details, as well as client order history and payment details.
Tip: Adding photos of where items are located, such as a hidden lockbox or a security alarm keypad, helps staff find items more quickly and easily.
Note: Every field has permissions you can set in Custom Fields to control who can see the data.
How Do I Enter Details for Access to Property?
Navigation: Clients > access client account > Client Information > Access to Property
- Enter home security or other property access details.
- These fields are visible in the client portal by default, so clients can update if necessary.
- Click "Update."

About Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
