How Can a Client Download a PDF of an Invoice?

Your client is able to download a copy of any invoice from the list of all current invoices that were created within the last 12 months on their account.

How does the Client download the Invoice PDF?

Navigation: Click the link "go to portal" from any Client's account > Invoices

Click on the link to the right of an invoice to download the invoice in PDF format.

A copy of the invoice will be downloaded in PDF format, so that your client can view all the services on the invoice, tax amounts, invoice date etc.
They can also save or print the invoice for their records.

An example of an invoice downloaded from the Client Portal is shown in the screenshot below. This is the same as the corresponding invoice you can see in Pet Sitter Plus, as identified by the unique invoice number shown.
