You can change multiple services for one client from the schedule. For example, say you need to change the time of all dog walks for next week for one client, or update the sitter on several weekend visits. To do this you can easily access the clients' service order from the Schedule and make multiple changes.
How do I Make Multiple Changes to a Client's Services from the Schedule?
Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > List or Column View
Step 1
- Click the "+" sign twice to display All Detail.
- Click the blue word "Order," which opens the Service Order for the visit.
Tip: To always view "All Details" on the Schedule, see Change the Service Detail level in the Schedule.
Step 2
- Select the multiple services you want to edit.
- Click "Edit."
Step 3
- Make edits, such as changing the timeblocks.
- Click "Update" to save changes, which reflect immediately in the schedule.
- Click the "Back" button above the Service Order to return to the Schedule.
Step 4
- Click the "Back" button above the Service Order to return to the Schedule.
Note: The process is the same for any view of the Schedule (List View, Column View or Compact View).
