The timezone setting ensures emails, LOG entries and scheduled services include accurate date and timestamps. Date and Time formats include options for displaying dates on Invoices, the Schedule and Client Portal, Day/Month and Month/Day options and well as 12 and 24 hour time display.
Tip: You can set your datestamp so it is correct for your geographic location, such as Day/Month or Month/Day.

How Do I Set Time Format?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Date & Time Formats
- Choose preferred time format:
- 24-hour format (Military Time). 1:00pm shows as 13:00.
- 12-hour format. Time shows as am/pm.
- Click "Update."
- Example: Time blocks on a service order in 24 hour (Military Time) format.
- Example: Time blocks on a service order in 12 hour (am/pm) format.
How Do I Set Date Format?
- Choose your preferred date format:
- mm/dd/yy & mm/dd/yyyy (Generally used in North America)
- dd/mm/yy & dd/mm/yyyy (Generally used in UK, Europe and Australasia)
- Click "Update."
- Example: Service order with date format set to mm/dd/yyyy.
- Example: Service order with date format set to dd/mm/yyyy.
Where Does the Long Date Format Appear?
The “Long Date Format" appears in the Schedule in both the list, column and compact view.
- Choose your long date format.
- Click "Update."
- Example: Where the Long Date Format appears in the Schedule.
What is the Input Date Format?
The input date format changes the date format on any screen where a date is entered, such as reports and scheduling screens.
Tip: Using a date format that begins with the day of week, helps reduce scheduling errors.
- Select date format.
- Click "Update."

- Example: Input date format on a date field in a report screen.
