GPS Check-In Check-Out is a function on the mobile interface that enables you to record the time and geographic location when you started and ended a client visit or walk. However, if your time zone is incorrectly set then your GPS Check-In / Check-Out times may be recorded incorrectly.
Important: If the time showing on your mobile phone (at the time of “Checking In”) does not match the actual current time, your system time zone may be set incorrectly.
How do I change my Time Zone?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Date & Time Formats
- Choose a new time zone from the drop down list.
- Click "Update."
