On Some Services the Acknowledge Box Does Not Appear. Why is this and How do I Fix it?
The acknowledge function is designed to become active at midnight on the day of service. If the time zone is incorrectly set, then the acknowledge function may not become active for some hours after midnight, preventing staff from using the function as intended.
If the acknowledge function is not appearing as expected (i.e. the check boxes are not appearing) then the first thing to do is check that your company time zone is set correctly.
How to change your time zone:
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Date & Time Formats
- Select your time zone from the Drop-down list.
- Click "Update."
