Here are some instructions to assist you in adding a Pet Sitter Plus shortcut to your cellphone.

The Pet Sitter Plus mobile interface for administrators and staff is designed to be browser independent, so will work on Chrome, Safari or Firefox without any issues. We do not recommend you use Internet Explorer. If you do experience any connection issues, please a) report it to Support and b) we have found that switching to Chrome seems to present the least amount of connection issues.

How do I add PSP to my Android Cellphone?

Click on the mobile link in your "log-in" email. You are taken to the PSP mobile site.
Click the 3 dots icon next to your address bar (if you don't see the dots you may not be using Chrome).
Select "Add to Home Screen."
Click "ADD."
You can now see the shortcut on your Home Screen of your cellphone.
