Pet Sitter Plus supports a multi-currency billing environment and this can be synced through your QuickBooks Online configuration. To ensure differing currencies are automatically recorded in QuickBooks when synced with Pet Sitter Plus, Multi-Currency needs to be enabled in both systems when you first connect to QuickBooks Online.
Please contact support if you require Multi-Currency configured with your QuickBooks Online Configuration.

How do I Switch on Multi-Currency in QuickBooks Online?
Navigation: Settings > Account and Settings > Advanced > Currency
- Click on Settings (Cog top right)
- Click on Account and Settings
- Click on Advanced
- Scroll Down to Currency
- Click on Edit (Pencil)
Important: Once you switch on multicurrency in your QuickBooks Online account, this cannot be turned off. To read more about the implications of switching on multicurrency, please click on the following link Set up and Use Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.
- Toggle on Multicurrency
- Tick the box "I understand I can't undo Multicurrency."
- Click Save
