At anytime you can choose to disconnect your QuickBooks Online account from Pet Sitter Plus if you no longer require the integration. There are some things to consider before you take this action:
Important: Can I re-connect my QuickBooks account to my Pet Sitter Plus database after I have disconnected it (for example if I disconnect it by mistake)? Yes, you can re-connect to the same account after you have disconnected Pet Sitter Plus from QuickBooks Online and there should be no consequences, although this will remain a relatively rare occurrence and therefore one that carries a risk of unforeseen circumstances. It is not recommended that you disconnect your database without good reason. Contact our Support Team to discuss this further.
Important: Can I disconnect my QuickBooks account and then reconnect to a different QuickBooks account to the same Pet Sitter Plus database? No. This will not work. Please contact our Support Team as we will need to reset your PSP database before it can be connected to a different QuickBooks account.
How do I disconnect my QuickBooks account from Pet Sitter Plus?
Navigate: Connect > Accounting Systems > QuickBooks
Step 1
- Click the link “disconnect your QuickBooks account here."
Step 2
- When the confirmation message is displayed, Click “Yes, Remove it!"
Your QuickBooks integration will then be disconnected and your connection page will display the following message:
If you then wish to re-connect to the same QuickBooks Online account, click on the green button "Connect to QuickBooks" and follow the steps to re-connect Pet Sitter Plus to QuickBooks Online AFTER you have read the Important Notes at the beginning of this article.
