From the Staff Dashboard, staff can view My Key List, which is a list of all keys they have been assigned and should have in their possession. It is similar to the Admin Key Management Report in Scheduling (How Do I View a List of All Issued Keys?).
From My Key List, staff can:
- view the assigned keys they should have in their possession
- re-assign the key(s) to another member of staff
- return the key(s) to the office
- view key log
- edit key details
Note: Staff permissions to return and assign keys must be enabled.
How Do I View My Key List?
Navigation: Scheduler > Key Management
- From the Dashboard, click the "Hamburger" menu tap the Scheduler icon, then "Key Management."
- Tap "My Key List."
Note: Assigned keys are shown in green on the Schedule.
My Key List displays all the keys in the sitter's possession.
- Tap on the client to view client details, and edit (if enabled for your staff role.)
- Tap on the key / ref to view key details, and edit (if enabled for your staff role.)
