View Client Portal Activity and Message Logs

Modified on Thu, 29 Sep, 2022 at 12:00 PM

Each client account has a Log file with two tabs, one containing all activity from the Client Portal and Admin Scheduling, the second is a record of emails sent to the client. These are helpful tools to trace the history of activity on a client account and determine when and who processed various actions.

The Events Logs

The "Events" log is a record of client activity in the client portal and Admin scheduling activity. The log includes date, time, activity and who conducted the activity. Examples include cancellations, service requests, visits scheduled and voided, client portal registration, and credit card added.

The Messages Logs

The "Messages" log is a record of all emails sent to clients. This log contains Email Subject, date and time sent, and Administrator who sent the email.

Tip: The Client Activity Log is useful in many situations. You can review the log if you see a service request, but then the request is gone. The log can confirm if the client canceled it. Or if a client cancels a visit, then asks why they didn't receive a walk, the log shows who canceled the walk.
