If you have activated Stripe, then your Client Accounts have a Stripe tab in the Client Admin menu. The Stripe tab has 2 reports. "Stripe Charges" displays all charge activity for the client and "Payment Methods" lists the various Payment Methods the client has on file and denotes which is the Default.
Tip: Charges run via Stripe can also be viewed in the Client's Payments and Refunds tab. Automatic Payments are labeled "Payment (Auto: Stripe)" and cannot be edited.
Important Note: If "Sync Refund" or "Sync Payment" appear in the "Sync Actions" column, transactions in your Stripe account might not be synced with Pet Sitter Plus. Contact support@petsitterplus.com for help resolving this.
How Do I View Stripe Charges?
Navigation: Clients > access a client account > Client Admin > Stripe
- Click "Charges" to view all Stripe transactions. Data included: Date, Amount, Currency, Ending, Status and Refunded.
- Click "Payment Methods" to view all Payment Methods the client has on file.
- Click "Older" at the very bottom of the page to access older transactions.
Note: No receipt email is sent when a Stripe receipt is posted as the confirmation is sent by Stripe. You can turn on the Receipt Setting directly in the Settings of your Stripe account. See How does a Client Make a Payment in the Client Portal? for information on Stripe receipts and notifications.
