How Do I Make a Client Inactive?

When you no longer need a client in your active database, you can make them Inactive. This make searching your active client list easier and prevents scheduling work for a client who has stopped using you by mistake.

Tip: You can easily find and re-activate an inactive client, by checking "Include inactive clients" when doing a Client Search.

Note: You cannot Delete a client that has activity on their account, but you can make them Inactive.

How Do I Make a Client Inactive?

Navigation: Clients > access a client's account > Client Admin > Settings

Toggle "Active" OFF.
Click "Update."
