The Service Report can be edited and emailed to a client to let them know their pet has been cared for and how their pets are doing. It can include visit notes, photos, date/time stamp, and more.
There are three ways for the client to see the Service Report:
- It can be emailed to the client by the staff member ("Save and Send"), typically at the completion of the service.
- Service Reports can be saved to Pet Sitter Plus (without being emailed to the client, using "Save"). An administrator can review the Service Report, edit as needed, and email to the client, if desired.
- Service Reports are also saved in the client portal, where clients can review them at any time.

From the Admin Schedule (List/Column or Compact View) you can access the Service Report tab where you can view, edit and send service reports. You can also access the Activity tab to view, edit and reset "check in" and "check out" time/locations along with the acknowledge and complete flags.
All service details are accessible from the Schedule in one area:
- The Service Reports tab shows the service report for each visit. Service reports are used to share the details of a visit with the client, confirm the pet has been cared for and share how the pets are doing.
- The Service Activity tab logs the time and location of GPS Check-in / Check-out.
- The Map tab shows the physical locations of the Check-in / Check-out, contrasting this with the clients actual address.
- The Keys tab lists all keys and key assignments.
Tip: You can add Custom Fields to the service report to customize it.
How Do I Edit the Service Report from the Schedule?
Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > List or Column View

Step 1
- Click the service description, eg. "Dog walk 1 dog, 30 mins."

Step 2
- Click "Service Report" from the sub menu.
You can edit the Report and send (or re-send) to the client.
- Make edits, i.e. add a note, upload a new photo etc.
- Toggle "Send on Update" ON to email the updated Service Report again to the client.
- [Option] At the end of the report, mark the report as "Reviewed by Admin" before it is sent to the client.
- Click "Update."

Tip: When Clients reply to the service report email; the reply goes to the company's designated "Reply-to Email Address" (see Admin > Settings > Company Information).
Note: To use Service Reports, Check In / Check-out and Client Map you have to enter data like addresses and have staff use the features.
